Guide - updated October 2026

How much does a B2B website cost in 2026?

It depends on six things, and once you know them you can compare any two offers fairly. What drives the price, what a cheap site leaves out, and how I set one fixed price before work starts.

01 What you get

Six things decide the price.

Compare offers on these, not on the total. Two sites with "5 pages" can be very different jobs.

  • Pages and templates: how many unique layouts, not just pages
  • Copy: do you send texts, or does the studio write them
  • Platform: Framer, Webflow, WordPress or custom code
  • Motion and 3D: none, light, or an interactive hero
  • Integrations: CMS, forms, CRM, booking, languages
  • Search and AI: titles, schema, speed and analytics set up
  • Ownership: domain, hosting and files in your name

Questions

Straight answers.

Why do you not publish website prices?

Because "a website" can be a one-page launch or a 30-page site with a CMS and two languages. A fixed price for your scope comes in 2-8 hours.

Is a template site enough?

For a test or a side project, often yes. For a B2B company that sells to serious buyers, the site is usually the first proof that you are serious.

Does a redesign cost less than a new site?

Sometimes. If the structure and copy still work, a redesign is faster. If they do not, it is a new site with your old URLs kept.

How long does it take?

7-14 days for the website alone, 21 days with a full brand.
