How long does it take?
One service on its own: 7-14 days. Full branding: 14-21 days. Brand and website together: 21 days. A very large website can take up to 30, and the proposal says so before work starts.
Who do I talk to?
To me. I'm the designer doing the work. WhatsApp, email or a call, and I reply within 10 minutes.
Do I need Brand OS Portal?
Brand System and Full Launch include Brand OS Portal. Brand Start comes with Brand OS Core. The classic services also work on their own.
Do I own everything?
Yes. Every file and key is yours from day one: files, accounts, domains and logins sit in your name from the first day. The portal and the AI Kit are yours too.
What if the first direction isn't right?
The Silver Promise. You see the strategy and the first design direction before anything else gets built. If it doesn't feel like your company, tell me within 24-48 hours and I refund everything you've paid. Every file and key is yours from day one. Fixed price, nothing added unless you ask.
How many revision rounds are included?
1 round for single services and Brand Start, 2 rounds for Brand System and Full Launch. Extra rounds by agreement. In 92% of my projects 1-2 rounds were enough.
Will I know what's happening?
Every step. Your own project portal shows where the project stands and what's next, files sit in Google Drive, and I send updates on WhatsApp every day. No weekly status calls.
How many projects do you take?
Only as many as I can give my full focus. Never in a queue. Always a priority. The day yours starts, it has my full focus.

Is Brand OS Portal just guidelines?
No. Guidelines are one part of the Portal. The AI Kit and the Rules are what make ChatGPT, Claude and Cursor write like your company and stop inventing facts.
Which AI tools does it work with?
ChatGPT, Claude and Cursor, the tools your team already uses. Nothing new to learn.
Who keeps it current?
Your team can edit templates and assets. On Care I keep the portal, the rules and the AI Kit current every month. On Design Partner I also design whatever your team needs, as your senior designer without the hire.
What is the AI-Ready Check?
A free, automated 2-minute check of how ready your brand is for AI tools: a score and 3 fixes, plus what AI says about you. Add your website and it is scanned while you answer.
What is the Brand MRI?
A free, personal look I do by hand in 3 days: your brand and your site, the way a buyer and an AI assistant meet you. You get a short video walkthrough and a written fix list. Your website and an email is all I need. Want the full picture before you commit? Brand MRI Deep is the paid version: brand, site, competitors, AI Brand Score and a fix plan, in 3 days, and credited to any package.
What is the Position Check?

The classic services
Can I hire you just for a logo or a deck?
Yes. Every classic service works on its own: strategy, identity, guidelines, social templates, PPTX decks and Framer websites. Each has a timeline in days on the Services page.
Do you work with companies outside tech?
My focus is B2B tech and AI: SaaS, fintech, healthtech, proptech and anything close. If you are outside it, ask anyway. If it is not a fit, I'll tell you.
Do you design and build the website?
Yes. Framer by default, or custom when the project needs it: Figma + Webflow, code or Next.js. Design, build, mobile layouts, forms, analytics and SEO basics. 3D when it earns its place.
How will you hear from me during the project?
WhatsApp for quick things, short calls for decisions. No Friday status calls.
