Brand guidelines don't make anything.

You paid for a brand. Then every post waited on a designer, the new sales guy made his own signature, the Canva version looked almost right, and ChatGPT invented a stat for the LinkedIn post. The PDF sat in a Drive folder.

Before: when Deepsea’s team asked AI for posts, 8 of 16 answers broke a hard rule, one of them an unapproved “99.9% uptime” line. With the brand system: 0 of 26.

My own test, October 2026: one writer model, 6 holdout prompts it had never seen, one blind AI judge, shuffled answers. I wrote the rules and the tests, so read it as a direction, not a lab result. AI Brand Score, a 0-100 test of how well AI writes about the company: 44 before, 91 after. Text only.

Straight answers.

Is this a Canva template pack?

No. It's built from your brand system, hosted for your team, and only allows what your brand allows. Canva lets anyone do anything. That's the problem it solves.

Who can use it?

Anyone you give the link and password to. Nothing to install, it works in any browser.

Do I need a designer to keep it running?

No. For new templates or a new campaign look, I add them on Care.

Which AI tools does it work with?

Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini, through the AI Kit files and Projects. A live Brand MCP connection for Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor is coming.

Will the AI make things up about us?

Less, by design: it only gets the facts you approved and hard rules about what it never says. It still needs a human read before publishing.

Can I see it working?

Yes. The clips on this page are the real one I built for MTG. On a call I show you the whole thing.

What does it cost?

It's inside Brand System and Full Launch, and Brand Start comes with Brand OS Core. One fixed price, after a request or a call.

How long does it take?

It's built alongside the brand, inside the project timeline: 14-21 days for a full brand, 10-14 days on top of a brand you already have.

Is our data safe?

The portal is private (login, not indexed). The voice check runs in the browser. Nothing your team types is sent to me.
