What is a Claude skill?
A folder of instructions, examples and files that Claude loads when a task needs it. Design skills teach it how to lay out pages, slides or interfaces.
Can I use public design skills from GitHub?
Yes, and many are good. They make Claude better at design in general; they do not know your brand. Use both: a public skill for craft, your brand skill for rules.
Does it work for websites?
Yes. With your brand skill Claude builds landing pages and sections in your type, colours and layouts, which your developer or Framer can take over.
