What is a Claude brand skill?
A package of your brand rules, facts and examples that Claude loads when it works on your content, so you do not paste guidelines into every chat. A brand MCP does the same for ChatGPT, Cursor and other tools.
Can I just upload my PDF brand book?
You can, and the model will skim it. A PDF is written for people; it rarely says which facts are approved or which claims are forbidden. That is where most AI mistakes come from.
Does it work with ChatGPT too?
Yes. The same rules are served to ChatGPT and other tools through the brand MCP and a custom GPT.
Do I need a new brand first?
