Who is responsible

Requests
When you send a request, your answers (what you need, name, email, website, phone if you add it, and your note) are used only to reply and to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Kept for up to 24 months unless you hire me. Requests are saved in a private Google Sheet and in my own dashboard on Cloudflare, and I get a short notification on my phone (Telegram). Nothing is shared with anyone else.
AI-Ready Check
The check runs in your browser. If you add a website, only that address is sent to my scan service, which reads the public page. Your score is free. If you ask for the full report, your answers, website and email come to me (see Requests above).
WhatsApp and calls
WhatsApp and cal.com links open those services, with their own privacy terms.
Stored in your browser
Your light or dark mode choice, the A/B variant you see and your analytics choice are kept in your browser's local storage. Your first name is kept for this tab only, to greet you on the thank-you page.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the website.
Your rights
- Access, correction and deletion of your data
- Restriction of and objection to processing
- Withdrawal of consent at any time
- A complaint to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr)
