Step 1
Pick one idea
One post, one point. A lesson, a result, a hire, a launch. If you need two sentences to say it, it is two posts.
You can post good-looking LinkedIn posts alone, in minutes, if the design is ready and the brand parts are locked.
Free: your brand in 3 real designs, in 48 hours.
To make a LinkedIn post without a designer, start from a ready design in your brand. Write one clear line, change the words and the photo, check it, and post. The logo, colours and fonts should not be yours to change.
That last part matters most. People who are not designers go off brand when they can touch everything. Give them a design where just the words and the photo are open.
This works whatever tool you use. The tool matters less than the starting point.
Step 1
One post, one point. A lesson, a result, a hire, a launch. If you need two sentences to say it, it is two posts.
Step 2
This is the line on the picture. Aim for 8 words or fewer. Read it out loud. If it sounds like a person, keep it.
Step 3
Not a blank page. A design in your colours, fonts and layout, made for your brand. Read how to create brand templates if you have none.
Step 4
Do not move the logo. Do not pick a new colour. Do not try a new font. That is how a post stops looking like you.
Step 5
Read the line once more. Check the photo is one you may use. Then write the post text under it.

If you do not know what to post, start here. Each one takes a few minutes.
Post 1
One thing you learned this month, in one line on the picture.
Post 2
A real outcome for a real client, if they said you may share it.
Post 3
A line from a customer or from you. See the branded quote post template.
Post 4
Open roles and new people. See job posting graphic template.
Post 5
A new feature or product. See launch post templates.
Post 6
A photo of the team or the work, with one line.
For ready text to put under the picture, use the six text templates on LinkedIn post templates for B2B teams.

Three posts a week is enough. Fill it in on Monday. It takes ten minutes.
WEEK OF: [date] POST 1 (Tuesday) Idea: [one lesson from this week] Line on the picture: [8 words or fewer] Design: [which ready design] Photo: [approved photo or none] POST 2 (Wednesday) Idea: [a result, a quote or a client win] Line on the picture: [8 words or fewer] Design: [which ready design] Photo: [approved photo or none] POST 3 (Thursday) Idea: [a hire, a launch or behind the scenes] Line on the picture: [8 words or fewer] Design: [which ready design] Photo: [approved photo or none] BEFORE I POST - The logo, colours and fonts are untouched - The line fits without small text - I may share the photo, the name and the result - The post text says one thing

This is the question I hear most. The answer is simple.
A template tool usually lets people move everything. A person who is in a hurry changes a colour, makes the logo smaller, adds a second font. Each change is tiny. After ten posts, the page looks like ten different companies.
The fix is not more training. The fix is a design where those things cannot be changed. The words and the photo are open. Everything else is locked. Then a rushed post is still a right post.
| Ask a designer each time | Free-for-all template tool | Locked brand design | |

A portal does not replace a designer. It replaces the waiting.

Yes. Start from a ready design in your brand, change the words and the photo, and leave the logo, colours and fonts alone.
Use one layout, one or two fonts, your brand colours and short lines. A locked design does this for you.
A post with a ready design can take a few minutes. At Deepsea Networks the CEO writes and designs an on-brand LinkedIn post in about 3 minutes.
LinkedIn changes its sizes from time to time, so check the current size on LinkedIn's own help pages. A good design tool picks the size for you.
Not for every post. You need one for strategy and a new identity. For the daily posts after that, a ready design is enough.
