Block 1
Customer and result
Name, logo and the result in one line. This is the headline.
A case study one-pager tells a customer story on one page: the problem, what changed and the result, with a real voice.
Free: your brand in 3 real designs, in 48 hours.
A case study one-pager has six blocks: the customer, the problem, the solution, the result, a quote and a next step. Put the result near the top, so a skimmer sees it at once.
Ask the customer five or six questions, write short, get their approval on every number and every word, then lay it out in your brand. Sales can then send it in a minute.
Top to bottom. The result goes high on the page.
Block 1
Name, logo and the result in one line. This is the headline.
Block 2
What was wrong before. Two or three lines.
Block 3
What you did and what they used. Three short steps.
Block 4
What changed. Use numbers the customer approved.
Block 5
One or two real sentences, with name and role.
Block 6
One action for the reader who has the same problem.

Ten minutes on a call is enough. Record it, with their OK.
1. What was going on before you started? What was not working? 2. Why did you decide to act then? 3. What did you try before? Why did it not work? 4. What did the work look like day to day? What stood out for you? 5. What is different now? Any numbers, time saved, or things you can do that you could not? 6. What would you tell someone with the same problem? Before you publish: send the draft and get written OK on every number, name, logo and quote.
A real quote works well when it sounds like a person. Do not polish it. For help on the voice, read B2B brand voice examples.

One story. Many uses.

Brand OS Pro Portal. The team makes its own posts. No waiting.

Brand OS Core Portal. The CEO writes and designs an on-brand LinkedIn post in about 3 minutes.
The extra work is making each sheet look right. A Brand OS Portal lets your team do that in the brand, with no wait. A designer is still the right call for brand strategy and a new identity. Brand OS Portal is for the daily work after that.

A one-page customer story that shows a problem, what you did, the result and a quote. Sales teams use it as proof.
The customer, the problem, the solution, the result, a real quote and a next step.
For a one-pager, about 250 to 350 words. Keep a longer version on your website for those who want more.
Ask after a clear win. Keep the interview short, send the draft and get their written OK on every number and quote.
Use what you may say: the situation, what changed and a quote. Never invent or round up a result.
