Notion brand guidelines vs a brand portal: which fits?
Notion is a fine home for brand rules. It stops where people need to make on-brand things.
Notion works well for brand guidelines when a small team needs rules, links and files in one shared page. Notion has a free plan, a big gallery of brand guidelines templates, and you can publish a page to the web.
It stops at making things. Notion will not hand someone the right logo for a dark slide or turn a sentence into an on-brand post. When that is the daily work, a brand portal fits better.

- Easy to edit. Anyone can fix a typo the same day
