One expressive stroke for the M
A single continuous gesture gives Mirai a human, handwritten warmth that map pins and house icons never have.
Logo and identity for Mirai (heymirai.ai), a PropTech platform that turns a property address into a neighbourhood tour for buyers.

PropTech brands usually borrow the same map pins, house outlines and cold blue gradients, so they blur together in agent tools and listing portals. Mirai needed to feel warm, human and local - the experience of a place, not another data layer.
The mark also had to work at every size agents actually use: a 16 px favicon, an app icon, a QR sign in front of a house and a social avatar.
GoalsBuyers do not buy an address, they buy the life around it - so the mark starts from one point and opens into a place.
I built the identity on one idea: a point on the map becomes a place. The final symbol is a single expressive stroke that writes the M of Mirai, with the dot of the i as the person - the buyer - at the centre of the experience.
A geometric, lowercase wordmark balances the expressive symbol, and a warm Mirai orange with ink and sand keeps the brand friendly and instantly recognisable in listings, on signs and in the product.
A single continuous gesture gives Mirai a human, handwritten warmth that map pins and house icons never have.
The dot of the i stands for the buyer at the centre of the neighbourhood - the whole product in one detail.
A calm, friendly wordmark balances the expressive symbol and stays legible in dense listing interfaces.
Orange with ink and sand feels local and optimistic, and stands out against the blue of every portal and CRM.
One point on the map opens into the place around it.

From the listing sign to the neighbourhood tour on a buyer's phone.

Mirai launched with a complete logo system - symbol, wordmark, horizontal and vertical lockups, colour and favicon set - ready for the product, listing signs, social and pitch decks. It reads as local and human in a category full of cold data.
